General Description Black Pepper has both medicinal and culinary purposes and have been used in the East as such for over 4,000 years. It is a herbaceous oil that is warming and stimulating to both mind and body. This oil is ideal for massaging on both the abdomen and muscles. Black Pepper is native to India but also cultivated extensively in tropical countries. The bulk of the Black Pepper supply is cultivated and distilled in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Madagascar but is also distilled in Europe and the USA from imported dried material.
