General Description
This spice is traditionally from the Middle East and comprises a large part of curry. This particular oil has fallen out of use in most Western herbalism, but is known as a general stimulant for digestive complaints.

How It's Made
The ripe seeds are used in the process of steam distillation to extract the essential oil.
